The noise levels from the street were somewhat disruptive, especially during peak nightlife hours, which might not suit everyone's preferences for a quiet retreat. Some plumbing issues, like inconsistent water pressure in the shower, added a touch of frustration, though basic amenities functioned adequately. The layout of the room, with its complex light switches, could leave guests puzzled about how to navigate basic functions smoothly.

The room and lobby were outstanding. The room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent facilities. The lobby had a really nice atmosphere, and the decor was on point. Also, the location was perfect for my business trip, just a short distance from my work meetings.
Some members of the staff came across as unhelpful and disinterested. Most staff lacked basic knowledge of the hotel's services, but the manager tried their best to remedy any issues. The only shining star was Nikki, the bartender, who provided excellent service. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay overall.
